 The
shortfilm "Room 67" directed by Matthias Maasz goes on tour through Germany and Austria as
part of the "7th Festival of the Stranded Film". The festival concentrates on productions that have
either such an unusual
and innovative design or approach that they seem to be
convicted to failure in
todays mainstream media
bussiness or films that have failure as such as a topic be it
social, individual, in relationships etc.
Another
presentation takes place in the frame of
the 15th anniversary
of the "Film
club for Deaf,
Hearing impaired
and
Hearing"
in Hamburg, Germany on
the 13th of January, 2012.
Here
the
film will of
course be shown with
German subtitles for the hearing
impaired.
Director Matthias Maasz
will be available for
a Q & A with an interpreter for the German sign language after
the presentation.
The Arthouse
cinema
B-Movie in the Hamburg district
Saint Pauli, was already distinguished with
the German Federal Award
for
its innovative
programming.
